These terms represent the provisional agreement stipulated between Eloisa Technologies called ET in the person of Francesco Lentini called Founder and the user or interlocutor of the artificial intelligence (AI) system called Easy Logic Intelligent Software Automa called Eloisa.

Guarantees

ET does not provide any guarantee - expressed or implicit - of truthfulness, suitability, reliability and availability over time of the contents provided by the system or shared through it. The service can be suspended at any time - for any reason and with simple right of notice - without any liability towards the interlocutor or third parties.

The system does not acquire information that allows the interlocutor to be identified and does not store data (cookies) on the device used for interaction. Human operators can view the text of the dialogue, which is stored in encrypted form for 24-48 hours and is then permanently deleted. The contents of the dialogue may used for machine learning.

Copyright

The system operates mainly according to proprietary and/or patented software algorithms. This concerns the back-end software and all front-end applications, such as the web interface and apps for mobile devices. Multimedia content - distributed or shared - is protected by Italian and international copyright laws. All rights are legally reserved in the name of Founder. Unless otherwise specified, any content is intended for personal or private use. For any commercial or public use, such as promoting the sale of products and services, specific agreements must be stipulated.

Updates

The contents of the dialogues may be updated in real time and the methods of interaction or sharing may vary automatically. These terms may be updated without notice and are considered accepted by the interlocutor - implicitly and in full - at the beginning of the interaction. Last updated March 13, 2025.
